CAU Services Overview

CAU provides the direct service of support coordination, service coordination, and service / support advocacy or case management. A specific term may be used to provide case management for a specific need or may be used by a specific government entity. The goal of case management is to link a consumer with the services he/she requests and/or needs and continue to support him/her as the service is delivered or the outcome is successfully achieved. CAU case management may include but not be limited to a personal/family interview in your home, school, another community agency, or a place of your choice, assessments and evaluations related to your service request, and a review of any financial assistance or entitlements you and/or your family may currently receive.

CAU provides a crisis management team for all of our services on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. It is accessed by calling our main number.
